6. WhatsApp Business Integration

StoreChart integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform (powered by Meta) to enable business communication between our users and their customers.

• Communication Data: Messages sent and received via WhatsApp, including text, media, and metadata (timestamps, delivery status), are stored securely and used solely for managing your business communication.
• Phone Numbers: WhatsApp phone numbers associated with your account are used exclusively for routing and delivering messages through the WhatsApp Business API.
• Message Templates: Pre-approved message templates created through our platform are submitted to Meta for approval and used to initiate conversations with your customers.
• Data Processing: WhatsApp message data is processed in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business Policy. We act as a Technology Provider under Meta's framework.
• Data Retention: WhatsApp conversation data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your WhatsApp data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

7. Data Deletion

• WhatsApp Data: Delete your WhatsApp account connection from Settings > WhatsApp to remove all associated messages, conversations, and templates.
