Frequently asked questions
What is StoreChart?
StoreChart is ecommerce management software for businesses and online stores. It connects WooCommerce and Shopify stores to one account and handles orders, stock, customers, profit and dashboards, alongside WhatsApp Business and an AI agent for your website. The interface is available in right-to-left Hebrew and in English.
Which eCommerce platforms are supported?
Direct integrations with WooCommerce and Shopify, file import, Make.com for sending orders into StoreChart, and inbound webhooks for orders and leads from custom storefronts. You can connect many stores under a single account and manage them all in one place.
Is StoreChart suitable for small businesses?
Yes. There is a free tier and an affordable Starter plan that fit growing businesses. As you scale, upgrading adds BI, CMS, sales channels and more advanced capabilities.
How long does setup take?
It depends mostly on how much data you have. Connecting a WooCommerce or Shopify store goes through a built-in wizard: you enter the connection details, and orders, products and customers are imported automatically. WhatsApp, sales channels and the AI agent are set up separately, each when you're ready.
Does StoreChart support multiple stores?
Yes, multi-store is at the core of StoreChart. You can connect several WooCommerce and Shopify stores and sales channels to the same account (the number depends on your plan) and see them all in one dashboard, with reports that compare them.
How is data privacy and security handled?
Data is encrypted in transit, each account's data is isolated from other accounts with Row-Level Security in the database, and access inside your team is controlled by roles and permissions. Customer records can be deleted when a customer asks.
