CRM for online stores: leads, team tasks and customers
Enquiries from forms, webhooks and manual entry land on a status board, your team splits the work into tasks, and a won lead links to a customer card and a new order.
In short
StoreChart's CRM is CRM software for online stores and small businesses that take enquiries and work as a team. It joins three parts: lead management with your own channels, fields and statuses, a task board with an assignee and due date, and customer cards built from orders. It has no lead scoring and a single pipeline.
What the CRM includes
Lead management, a team task board and customer cards built from orders
Why run leads and team work in StoreChart
Lead and customer, one card
A lead that arrives with a phone or email is linked to the matching customer card, so an enquiry and an order from the same number meet on one card. When the deal closes, a new order opens with the customer already filled in.
WhatsApp lead follow-up
An automation sends a WhatsApp template or starts the AI agent when a lead comes in or changes status, with an optional delay and a channel filter. In the WhatsApp inbox, that number's open leads appear beside the chat.
Task owners and due dates
A task gets an assignee, a priority and a due date. The assignee gets a bell notification, and the person who asked for the task is notified when it's marked done.
Built for several stores
Lead channels belong to a store, and the store picker at the top of the screen filters the lead list. Tasks aren't tied to a store, because your team's work crosses stores.
Lead sources and CRM connections
CRM for online stores: common questions
How is the CRM different from the customers page?
The customers page shows people who have already bought, built from their orders. The CRM adds what happens before the purchase, leads and their status, and the team work around it, as tasks. A lead with a phone or email is linked to a customer card as soon as it arrives.
Can I start with leads only?
You can start with one part. Leads, tasks and customers are separate parts of the product, and what's available to you depends on your plan. Customer cards are built from your orders even if you never use leads.
Is there lead scoring or more than one sales pipeline?
No. There's one pipeline with the statuses you define, shared by every channel and store in the account, and leads aren't scored automatically. Your working order comes from the status, the notes and the estimated value sent with the lead.
Does the website chat (Bubble) create leads in the CRM?
No. The AI agent on your website answers visitors and points them to WhatsApp or phone, but it doesn't open a lead. To collect enquiries from your site, use the public lead form or send your existing form to a channel's webhook.
Is there a CRM app for my phone?
No download from an app store is needed. StoreChart is a web app that runs in your phone's browser and can be installed as a PWA. Lead and task notifications appear in the bell inside StoreChart, not as push notifications.
