• Continued use of the service after updating the terms constitutes agreement to the changes.

2. Service Description

StoreChart provides a platform for managing eCommerce businesses, including:

• Order, inventory, and customer management
• Integration with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce
• Business analytics and statistics tools
• Advanced reports and insights
• Profitability and cost management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. Registration and User Account

To use the service, you must create a user account:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide correct, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• One Account Per Business: Each business may open only one account, unless otherwise permitted.
• Activity Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

Important: In case of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

The service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription model:

• Billing: Billing will occur at the beginning of each subscription period.
• Auto-Renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel the subscription at any time through account settings.
• Refunds: Refunds will be given according to our refund policy and subject to conditions.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days advance notice.

• You may not copy, duplicate, distribute, or sell any part of the service.
• Data you upload to the service remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for providing the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available":

• StoreChart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruptions, fully secure, or error-free.
• You are responsible for backing up your data independently.
• We are not responsible for damages arising from integrations with third-party services.

8. Termination and Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service:

In case of account termination, you can download your data within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

10. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Comfortly Ergonomics Ltd. ("StoreChart") is a company registered in Israel. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be adjudicated in the competent courts in Israel.
